Account, billing and subscriptions
Subscription purchases, automatic renewal, and refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play depending on where you bought your plan. Renewals can be managed from your device's store settings. For credit-related questions or unexpected charges, contact support with your transaction ID.
Imports and note generation
Wellnotes generates study notes, flashcards, quizzes, and mind maps from PDFs, documents, audio recordings, and YouTube transcriptions. If a file fails to import, check that it is under the size limit and that the content is readable text or clear audio.
Privacy, copyright and security
- Privacy or data deletion request — exercise your GDPR rights (access, correction, erasure, portability).
